Chris Freeman has over 30 years’ experience as a locksmith, with prior experience working throughout the Kimberley as owner and operator of Kimberley Locksmiths (2001 - 2008).

Chris grew up in a family of locksmiths, his father was a locksmith and two brothers are also locksmiths by trade. You could say locksmithing is in Chris's blood.

​

Chris holds various security licences and insurances required of a practising locksmith.  Chris is a member of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA) and is SCEC approved which means Chris has demonstrated the necessary skills and has met the high standards of integrity, honesty and confidentiality required of personnel working for or on behalf of the Australian Government.

 

Having returned to Broome, Chris has established Broome Locksmiths to operate as a 24 hour mobile locksmith servicing Broome, and extending remote service throughout the Kimberley.

Chris undertakes most aspects of locksmithing (except automotive) including residential and commercial openings/lockouts, installations, repairs and rekeys, restricted master key systems, access control and safe work.
